The time will last as your body/soul/mind allows. My technique consists in a progressive relaxation with some guided imagery.
We will adapt the session(s) according to each person and case.
According to some cultures it takes 10 days to create an habit. Listen to it for 10 days is the first step to help you to create the habit. I also have a package x 10 days. You can choose any time every day in a row. After this you will be ready to keep building the habit by yourself.
A recording of the session will be emailed to you after this.
IMPORTANT: This is nonrefundable and a "not-show" cannot be rescheduled or refunded. Tardiness would affect your meeting and cannot be extended. Only selected time and date. Only one time reschedule with no less than 24 hours notice/request is accepted.
